Safety is something that Supply Chain Specialists takes seriously. We want all of our workers to arrive home safely at the end of each workday. We strive to have zero incidents and expect that all of our customers and personnel take every precaution to eliminate workplace hazards.

Before dispatching work, we confirm that all field contractors have up to date safety tickets relating to onsite operations, including:

• Bear Awareness 

• First Aid with CPR 

• H2S Alive 

• WHMIS

• Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG)

• Pipeline Construction Safety Training (PCST)

• Construction Safety Training (CSTS)

• Safety tickets to operate:

  • forklifts​

  • zoombooms

  • loaders

Our team members are also trained in Accident Investigation. This ensures a practical approach to investigating workplace accidents, with an emphasis on how to find the root cause and prevent similar occurrences from happening again.

Supply Chain Specialists is constantly reviewing its safety manual and regulatory requirements to confirm it is up to date and meets, or exceeds, all regulations specific to industry, customer, and client sites.

Supply Chain Specialists recognizes the importance of industry compliance and has standing memberships with the following organizations: ACSA, ISNetworld, SC&RA, WCB Alberta, WorkSafe BC, and the Colorado & California Bar Associations. This ensures proper contract negotiations, project management and compliance with safety procedures. ​
