Services you can expect when you hire our Expediting team:

• Determine the level of expediting and oversight required

• Authorize the expediting program to begin after issuance of PO

• Provide weekly updates to PM, PE, and Project Controls via Expediting Report

• Coordinate kick-off meeting along with the appropriate parties to discuss contractual commitments

• Take appropriate action to facilitate work and maintain schedules

• Ensure proper progress of deliverables

• Maintain contact with management to accomplish milestone achievements 

• Escalate any issues or potential signs of a problem to the Project Manager

• Assist transportation and onsite materials teams with any overages, shorts, and damages ("OS&D") requests

• Oversee quality control, project control and project timelines

• PO close off activity and meeting facilitation
