It includes project management, scheduling, risk analysis, opportunity management, resource management, collaboration, and control capabilities. We can also adapt to your internal systems for a flawless project.

Our Project Management services include:

Develop project scope; including budgets, schedules, milestones, etc.
Development of project documents, including project and construction execution plans, project procedures, and templates
Develop and manage the project team
Attend meetings and discussions with defined outcomes
Review schedules and deliverables on a regular basis to ensure that accurate and timely data is incorporated into the schedule
Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in the developing of alternative methods for corrective action
Assess impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team
Liaise with appropriate departments to ensure work is completed on time while upholding quality standards
Assign resources including logistics, management, engineering, home office and field contract workers and administrative services
Ensure that invoices are reconciled and paid in accordance with contractual obligations
Ensure the project stays on budget with well-defined deliverables and cost tracking
Develop and manage close-out procedures, lessons learned, etc.
Other assigned project management and administration services as needed
