Materials Management

Materials Management is a core supply chain function that includes planning and execution expertise. Our Materials Managers and Coordinators can oversee the planning, procurement, storage, control, and distribution of materials according to client specifications and requirements

Supply Chain Specialists can work pursuant to your current Materials Management Procedure, or draft a process to accurately capture the work that needs to be performed.  We can also work within customer inventory systems (or create our own) to ensure that materials are tracked and stored appropriately.

Our Materials Management professionals can take care of the following:

​

  • Ensure punctual delivery of materials in accordance with the contract

  • Support Construction, Operations, and other teams to meet deadlines

  • Assist in forecasting to plan future orders

  • Report and track key performance indicators

  • Draft materials management and related procedures

  • Coordinate and supervise proper receiving procedures

  • Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications

  • Manage scheduling updates and follow-ups with internal groups

  • Maintain integrity and accuracy of the physical inventory by location

  • Work closely with Construction team to prepare, execute, and follow deliveries

  • Assist in maintaining inventory traceability and accuracy

  • Maintain records of repairs

  • Implement and plan future orders based on production schedules and forecasts
